What are the setup charges?

Unlike other service providers, we do not charge set-up fees. Simply sign up, and we will set up your service.

What documents are required to activate the call answering service?

As per UK regulations, no ID documents are required to set up a Call Answering service. However, we may request more details about your company at our discretion, and if necessary, we may ask the directors to provide ID, proof of residential address, and selfies.

What are the fees for the Standard Call Answering service?

You pay a monthly service charge of £4.99 via automatic subscription payments. You will be billed for this on the monthly anniversary of the day you signed up.

What should I do if I run out of free tokens?

When you run out, you can buy the bundle of additional tokens from the client admin area.

10 Tokens in a Bundle = £16.67 + VAT (£20 inc VAT)

30 tokens in a bundle = £49.17 + VAT (£59 inc VAT)

We will deduct one token from your balance when we answer a phone, take a message, and send it to you.

Two tokens will be taken out of your balance when we answer a call and transfer it to you. We don't bill by the minute.

Free tokens I receive every month, can I accumulate and use them later?

No, If you do not use your free tokens, the unused tokens will expire on the monthly billing date. On the monthly billing date, you will receive a new batch of free tokens. You can find information about your free tokens and purchased bundles in the client portal.

Will a bundle of tokens expire if not used?

Tokens purchased as part of a bundle will not expire. This changes if you stop making monthly rental payments or terminate the service. The tokens will expire in these circumstances, and you won't be eligible for a reimbursement. Your previous, expired tokens will not be recoverable if you subsequently desire to rejoin the service.

When will I receive my free monthly tokens?

The unused tokens will expire on the monthly billing date. On the monthly billing date, you will receive a new batch of free tokens. The day you initially signed up for our service is your monthly billing date. For instance, if you sign up for our service on January 5th, your monthly billing date will fall on or near that day each month.

Do you have the right to record the calls I get?

According to UK legislation, business calls may only be recorded if the caller is informed that their call is being or may be recorded. We play a recorded message that reads, "Your call may be recorded for quality and training purposes," when someone contacts your call answering number. After that, we connect them to the call centre. This guarantees that you comply with UK regulations.

How will general questions and my clients be routed to your call centre?

No matter which city you choose, we will provide you with your personal phone number. You have two options: either reroute calls from your current number to the contact centre number we provide you or advertise this number directly in the public domain.

When will I be notified of the messages received for myself?

In a few minutes, you will receive an email containing the caller's information (typically in a matter of seconds).

If I run out of Call Answering Tokens, what will happen? How am I going to know?

We will send you an email to notify you that your credit has run out.

Can I transfer the number to a different provider, if I decide to stop using your service?

We own the phone number, which is not included in "Call Answering Paid." We are pleased to offer numbers to customers for a one-time payment of £50 plus VAT. The number may be transferred out as soon as payment is received.

Our call centre is open around the clock, every day of the year. It is never closed.

Where is the location of your call centre?

The UK is the location of our call centre, where all calls are answered by individuals who speak English as their first language and have British accents.

What is the refund and cancellation policy?

After you sign up for our service for the first time, you have 14 days to cancel and request a refund.

Any usage of our service during the 14 days may result in a discretionary cost of up to £4.99.
